We minimize logging. Connection metadata may be kept temporarily for troubleshooting and is deleted regularly. We do not sell or share your browsing activity with third parties. See the Privacy Policy.

Which devices are supported?

The Plov VPN app launches on iOS first, with Android to follow. The subscription link from the bot already works in compatible clients.

How many devices can I use?

One subscription covers one device.

How do I cancel?

There's nothing to cancel: there is no auto-renewal, and your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — the refund terms are in section 5 of the Public Offer (in Russian). Contact @plovvpnsupport or [email protected].

Is my payment safe?

Card payments go through YooKassa. We never receive or store your card details.
